My family and I have just came back from this hotel . Where do I start reception on arrival were excellent champange,flowers and big smile and lots of help. The staff were great anything you needed was not a problem and Ozerre He was so helpful he organised kitchen and staff he is amazing . Food was great plenty of choice . Lots of sunbirds no waiting clean towels and fridge stocked up all the time. Clean rooms and towels everyday. My daughter got married in Liberty and what can I say but wow anything you wished for a beautiful wedding was achieved. We flew with Thomson but I must say we had a lot of hidden problems with them in Britain, no proper communication with themselves, Kerry from Thomson was great once we got there reassuring us that it would all be fixed . My big Thankyou goes to mustafa for all his help this man has the the first class of customer care for detail and communication. I must say a huge Thankyou to him for making my daughter and soninlaw day for there wedding and all our friends and family had a great time also . I would defiantly book my wedding threw mustafa in Liberty direct he was great . From Maggie and wayne Scotland.
