Hello, we have just come home from a 2 weeks stay and wanted to thank you. As part of our holiday we also got married - it was the most wonderful day. The staff at the hotel are lovely, with a special thanks to Mustafa who really brings the Customer Service alive at the hotel. He is more than willing to help with anything, and is a very kind man. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a lovely receptionist, some sparkling wine and also the staff had kindly upgraded our room for us. The room was lovely, with amazing sea views ( 5102) The hotel is very clean and modern, the beach area is lovely and we would highly recommend renting a hut on the pier ( we had a fantastic day, and for 6 of you it only works out £15.00 each) The pool areas are also very good ( its massive), the watermelon man was a popular feature with our group ( 28 of us went in total) and the water slides were great fun. Our wedding was fantastic, the food in the A La Cartes was amazing ( the Turkish one was our fav) and was of fantastic quality. The wedding was beautiful, and all of our guests had the most wonderful day. The photographer also produced a fantastic photo album for us, the location was decorated beautifully and of course both Mustafa and Kerry ( the Thomson Rep) were on hand for any questions we may have had. The bar staff are great ( with thanks to Candy - she truly is a gem) and were on hand for all of our drinking needs :) The food in the buffet is also very nice, always hot and the BBQ area outside was lovely. On the whole the hotels is great - it has everything you need for a break away and also because of the size it didn't feel overcrowded at all. There is plenty of bars, a silence pool for adults, and no fighting over sunbeds ( was plenty there) and the atmosphere was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel, and thank you again - we had an amazing 2 weeks ( so did our guests) and a fantastic wedding we will never forget. Lots of Love, Danielle and Ian xx
